ANALYTICAL REVIEW OF ORGANIZATION OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OF PROJECTS AND SELECTION OF INNOVATIONS IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Abstract. The article presents analysis of organization and realization of procedure of scientific and technical expertise of projects and selection of innovations in some European countries, EU members. The different forms of realization of expert activity and various methods of attracting highly qualified specialists are lighted up. The row of critical remarks of in fact this procedure, affecting a necessity complete informing of applicants of results of expertise, revision of terms of payment of work of experts, walking away from principle of anonymity, is presented.
