EXPERIENCE ININNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOUTH КOREA AND ITS ADAPTATION IN UKRAINE
Abstract. The main objective of the study was to identify key points in the innovation and economic growth of the Korean Republic since the mid-twentieth century. A brief historical observation in the history of the Republic of Korea on the way to a modern state of law is illustrated. An analysis out of key factors that influenced the activities of individual scientific and economic actors in South Korea was carried out. The preconditions for the formation of the state as the world leader in innovation development were determined. Examples of successful Korean chabals (champions) creation and activities are given. The main problems that are encountered in the country in the process of implementation of national innovation, scientific and technical and economic projects, as well as variants of solving these problems in Korea are outlined. There are a number of recommendations which will help to increase the efficiency of the work of high-tech enterprises in terms of utility and relevance in accordance with the current realities of Ukraine.
