DEVELOPMENT OF IT STRATEGY IN THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract. The management of IT programs and projects, the enterprise architecture and the IT strategy are contiguous, complementary and overlapping areas that provide the basis for the process of the IT assets and projects portfolio managing in the enterprise. Modern information technologies (IT) become an integral part of any enterprise. Today they are for many enterprises — not just a way of automating routine operations (technological substrate), but an effective tool in competitive struggle. Modern IT systems are designed to quickly adapt to new business needs and fully comply with the architecture of the enterprise.
