M.<\/strong> \u2014 Senior Lecturer, Department of Public Administration and Management, Leonid Yuzkov Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, 8, Heroiv Maidanu Str., Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine, 29000; +38 (097) 453-51-07; n_lalueva@univer.km.ua; ORCID: 0000-0002-2689-9590<\/p>\n<p><strong>DEVELOPING A MECHANISM TO ENSURE ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE <\/strong><strong>IN THE CURRENT SECURITY ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The article is devoted to substantiating the content and structure of the mechanism for ensuring organizational resilience under contemporary security conditions. The author&#8217;s vision of organizational resilience in the context of threats and uncertainty is presented as the ability to preserve itself, adapt, and recover from crisis disruptions, thereby maintaining its functionality, core values, and priority objectives. Scientific approaches to the interpretation of the concept of a \u201cmechanism\u201d are outlined. The essence and structure of the mechanism for ensuring organizational resilience are characterized. The mechanism for ensuring organizational resilience is considered as an integrated, properly structured, and self-organizing system of organizational and managerial, economic, technological, communication, and socio-psychological measures and procedures. The components of the organizational resilience mechanism are systematized, including resource, organizational and managerial, process, institutional and regulatory, information and communication, innovation and adaptation, security, and socio-psychological components.<br \/>\nApproaches to the classification of organizational resilience types are generalized. Static resilience is identified as the ability of an organization to maintain a relatively unchanged state in the short term under conditions of the absence or minimal impact of internal and external disturbances. Dynamic resilience, in contrast, reflects the ability of an organization to preserve its integrity and operational effectiveness in the context of continuous change. The necessity of maintaining a balance between static and dynamic resilience is emphasized, as it ensures both stability and adaptability.<br \/>\nThe stages of ensuring organizational resilience are characterized, making it possible to develop a holistic and consistent mechanism and to ensure coordinated actions for its implementation under contemporary security conditions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> energy, energy efficiency, priority thematic areas, medium-term priority areas, research (scientific and technical) works, scientific (scientific and technical) output.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REFERENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Bhamra,, Dani, S., &amp; Burnard, K.
