V.<\/strong> \u2014 Senior Researcher, State Scientific Institution \u201cUkrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information\u201d, 180, Antonovycha Str., Kyiv, Ukraine, 03150; +38 (044) 521-00-80; molchanova_irina@ukr.net; ORCID: 0000-0003-1679-5621<\/p>\n<p><strong>SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY IN THE WORLD ON THE TOPIC OF \u201cNAVY FORCES\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The article is devoted to the results of a scientific study on the prospects of scientific research in the field of development of the defense-industrial complex (ODC) in the direction of \u201cNavy Forces\u201d, which was conducted at the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information. The research was carried out on the basis of the analysis of publications in the international Web of Science database for the period 2019\u20132024, which do not contain information belonging to state secrets, using the method of scientometric analysis.<br \/>\nBased on the results of the study, the authors reached conclusions about the obtained promising scientific directions in the areas of research on the topic of \u201cNavy Forces\u201d and the possible consideration of the obtained results when developing and making relevant decisions regarding scientific and technological directions of research, technical reequipment, modernization and reform of the defense-industrial complex of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> intellectual property analytics, inventions, forecasting, technology mapping, armament and military technology, patent landscape, patent information, promising technologies, national security.<\/p>\n<p><strong>REFERENCES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Viiskovo-Morski Syly Zbroinykh Syl Ukrainy.
