STATUS OF SCIENTIFIC AND SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL\u00a0<\/strong>ACTIVITIES IN UKRAINE UNDER MONITORING DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract.<\/strong> In modern economies, up to 90% of growth are provided at the expense of intellectual resources, primarily the results of scientific and technical activities, and their transformation into innovative products. Under these conditions, a comprehensive objective analysis of the state of scientific and technical activities and obtained results are being given a close attention throughout the world. The article presents the results of author’s research on financial support and performance of scientific works in Ukraine in 2016, the
\ncreation and implementation of research and development results. The state of patent and publication activity in the countries of the world, Ukraine’s position in international ratings are shown.<\/p>\n
