INDICATORS OF PUBLICACTIVITY AND QUALITY CRITERIA OF SCIENTIFIC EDITIONS: APPROACHES TO DEFINITION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Abstract<\/strong>. In recent years, the \u201cimitation\u201d of scientific activity has become an increasing problem, which, in particular, is manifested in the growth of a number of poor-quality publications, containing unproven or even falsified data and results. The article shows, how the international scientific community tries to fight this phenomenon by introducing various methods of evaluation and control. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the situation in Ukraine (based on the examples from economic discipline). The steps, aimed at neutralizing the negative consequences, associated with the dissemination of such publications in the scientific sphere are proposed<\/p>\n
